Rentech Opens Coolsprings Facility

RenTech Selects Williamson County Location for its Second Data Facility in Middle Tennessee

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, March 26, 2001 – Brentwood, TN RenTech, a regional data facility and managed services company, has opened its second location with 22,000 total square feet. The new RenTech location in Brentwood houses a 12,500 sq. ft. raised floor for a data center in addition to office space for the company's new corporate headquarters.

RenTech's new facility is located just north of Cool Springs Mall in the Cool Springs Commons building at Suite 50, 7100 Commerce Way, in Brentwood. This Williamson County location is the second facility in Middle Tennessee for the company which was established in 1999. RenTech, a Middle Tennessee pioneer in providing managed hosting and data storage for businesses, also operates a data facility in the Green Hills area of Nashville.

"Our business has grown tremendously during the past two years and much of that growth has been due to the increasing number of clients we serve in Williamson County," said Ken Nelson, CEO of RenTech. "We are pleased to now offer our clients the choice of being located in one or both of our data facilities."

With the opening of its new facility, RenTech is adding seven people to its technical and administrative staff. The Williamson County facility was planned to allow for future expansion.
